For your security, access to documents in the dataroom automatically expires after 30 minutes. If your session times out, simply refresh the page to regain access to the documents again.
Additionally, the dataroom itself has an overall availability period, often limited to several days or weeks.
The final access date is clearly displayed within the dataroom. After this date, the dataroom will close, and you will no longer be able to access its contents.
BeXchange uses a blind private auction system. You place a bid on one or more lots without knowing the offers from other participants.
Lot Structure
Assets are grouped into lots. As an approved bidder, you can place a bid on the desired lot(s).
Invitation to Bid
A lot constitutes an invitation from a Seller to a Bidder to make an offer to purchase. Not every user is automatically admitted to the bidding process.
Bidding: Unconditional and Binding
A bidder may place multiple bids. Until the closing date, you can submit a new bid on a lot; only your latest bid will count.
Each bid is irrevocable and unconditional: you cannot attach any additional conditions to your bid.
You are obliged to honor your bid if it is awarded.
Your bid is not visible to other bidders.
Access to the Bidding Process
Only verified users are granted access to the platform.
Users can only participate as long as they have access to the specific bidding process.
Applicable Terms and Conditions
The General Auction and Sales Terms and Conditions of BeXchange apply to the bidding process.
In certain cases, additional Special Terms and Conditions from BeXchange may apply. These take precedence over the General Terms in case of conflict.
Each lot may include Specific Sales Terms from the Seller.
If no specific terms are provided, the General Sales Terms apply.
In case of a conflict between the general and specific terms, the specific terms prevail.
